Why we built it
Most kids never get structured S&C until 17+.
After years coaching junior squads, the same pattern kept showing up: kids hitting the under-18s grade with movement habits already baked in — soft tissue niggles, overuse injuries, asymmetries that should've been corrected at 13.
The kids who got in front of an S&C coach early moved better, stayed on the field longer, and kept playing into senior grades. The rest? Most of them dropped out by 16. Train Wizard puts that head-start in every family's reach.
