Safeguarding

Safeguarding is the foundation.

Every decision we make starts with keeping young athletes safe.

Age-appropriate programming

We don't prescribe maximal lifts to kids who aren't ready for them. Programs are built around the physical stage of the athlete, not just their age on a calendar.

Technique before load

Every new movement is introduced with video coaching. Athletes master the pattern before any weight goes on the bar.

Parent or guardian oversight

Accounts are held by a parent or guardian. Parents can see what their athlete is doing, step in when something isn't right, and set the pace.

Qualified coaching

All programming is written by qualified strength and conditioning coaches with experience working with junior rugby league athletes.

Safe environment checklist

  • Warm up every session
  • Stop immediately if something hurts (not just "uncomfortable" — actual pain)
  • Train in a space with room to move safely
  • Use appropriate footwear
  • Hydrate

Your data, too

Safeguarding isn't just physical. We treat personal information about your family with the same care we apply to training. We collect only what we need, store it securely, and never sell it. For the full detail, read our Privacy Policy.
